The suspect is described as suicidal and bi-polar. THe suspect may be armed and has made threats to kill the child. Marengo is approximately 40 miles north of Columbus. Kaia R. Bracy a 17 month old white female, 2 feet tall, weighing 25 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shorts, a pink top and no shoes. The suspect is Melody Collins, a 23 year old white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing hospital scrubs. The suspect vehicle is a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer with an Ohio license plate. Anyone with information is asked to call the Ohio State Police at 877-262-3764 or dial 911.
